1. Measure the medium. Turbine flowmeter is a kind of speed flowmeter. It uses the principle of Karman vortex street. When the medium passes through the vortex generator, it will form a small vortex in the back. By the number of vortices, it can be converted into medium. The flow rate, which is then converted to the flow rate of the medium. Its principle determines its type of measuring medium, which can be liquid or gas or steam. At present, most industrial applications, such as nitrogen, compressed air, steam, heat transfer oil, etc., are mostly measured using a vortex flowmeter.

2. Pipe diameter. Vortex flowmeters can be installed in both plumbing and plug-in depending on the type of installation. For the pipeline type, the pipe diameter is the same as most other flow meters, the smallest is DN15, and the largest is DN300. If you need a larger diameter, you can choose to insert the installation. The normal diameter range can reach DN2000, and the DN2000 or larger diameter is supplied according to the agreement.

3. Measurement accuracy. The accuracy of the vortex flowmeter is also several grades, and is divided according to the measurement medium. Pipeline type vortex flowmeter, if it is liquid, the measurement accuracy can reach 1.0, and if the gas is measured, the accuracy can reach 1.5. If it is a plug-in vortex flowmeter, the accuracy can reach 1.5 and 2.5.
4. Medium temperature. Generally speaking, it is divided into three ranges, which are divided into normal temperature, medium temperature and high temperature. The temperature ranges are -40 to 100 ° C (normal temperature), 100 to 250 ° C (medium temperature), and 100 to 320 ° C (high temperature). If the on-site medium temperature is higher, such as some superheated steam, it can be measured with an orifice flow meter.

5. Nominal pressure. Mainly according to the installation method, the main requirements in the market are as follows, such as flange card type (2.5MPa), flange connection type (1.0/1.6/2.5MPa), plug-in type (1.6MPa/2.5MPa) /4.0MPa).

6, power supply. According to the current market demand, there are mainly +12VDC (three-wire pulse output), +24VDC (three-wire pulse output type and two-wire current output type) 3.6V lithium battery, dual power supply.
