6 , the installation and disassembly of the rivet head should be light and slow, especially when removing the rivet head, do not use force to pull out, should rotate the rivet head and pull out slowly and forcefully. If the rivet seat of the inserted rivet head is pulled out of the normal position, the position of the rivet head will be obviously biased after installing the rivet head. At this time, the red safety cover should be disassembled and the rivet seat can be used after being installed, otherwise the machine is easily damaged. .

7. When the riveting head is used to process certain materials, slight sticking will occur. To ensure the quality of the riveting, the riveting head should be cleaned periodically to prevent the metal bonding from being thickened. When cleaning, the rivet head is fixed on the chuck of the lathe and then polished with sandpaper.

8. Conduct routine maintenance for the equipment every two weeks. The main maintenance items are as follows. If problems are found, they should be dealt with promptly.

A. Check whether the amount of oil in the pneumatic triad oil cup is sufficient, otherwise the oil cup should be filled.

B. Check whether the steam pipes and joints are connected firmly and whether there is leakage.

C. Check whether there is sticking phenomenon in the rivet head cavity, and clean it if any.

D. Add grease to the spherical surface.
