4. Slowly loosen the connection caps on the two- and three-way valves with adjustable wrenches to release the refrigerant from the refrigeration system.
5. Wrap the connection tube mouth with plastic tape to prevent moisture and dust from entering.
6, slowly open the two-way valve and three-way valve, let go of the residual refrigerant, wipe off the splattered oil.
7. Use a wrench to unscrew the compressor connection cover screw, remove the terminal box cover and rubber mat, and unplug all the wiring on the compressor connection plug.
8. Use a socket wrench to unscrew the retaining nut on the compressor foot.
9. Use a welding tool to separately melt the weld and use a pair of pliers to pull it open.
10. Lift the compressor of the high-low temperature tester vertically upwards from the stand and remove the vibration-damping washer on the base.
Note: If the system is dirty, clean the system before replacing the compressor in the high-low temperature damp heat chamber.
Repair Case Failure Symptom: KFR - 75LW/CID is not cooled and "E04" is displayed.
