1 Overview

Monitoring of environmental temperature and humidity is extremely important in many situations. For example, during the course of reserve, grain often heats up due to excessive food humidity, which leads to large quantities of food spoilage and deterioration. The drug industry may cause deterioration of drugs due to environmental temperature and humidity problems in the drug storage; large-scale electronic component warehouses may cause Excessively high ambient humidity leads to degradation of the performance of the components and shortened life spans. Excessive humidity in the substation of the Power Supply Bureau leads to circuit breaker bursts. Therefore, there is a need for a multi-point, remote, and easy-to-install intelligent temperature and humidity monitoring system that provides efficient management, use, and security for similar environments.

2. Comparison with traditional solutions

The traditional temperature and humidity monitoring methods are mostly single point, manual manual recording, control, high cost and inconvenient management, poor compatibility with the system, and poor scalability, and can no longer meet the system information, unattended Demand.

In response to the shortcomings of the existing solutions, Ankerui introduced a multi-point temperature and humidity inspection system to provide solutions for intelligent temperature and humidity control. The system adopts the current stable and advanced digital temperature and humidity measurement technology, digital communication technology, and automatic control technology, and collects and manages the monitoring points distributed on the application occasions, and analyzes and processes the monitoring host through the system. Set the conditions for external device control to achieve the control of the external temperature and humidity. The system fully takes into account the stability of the automation system, taking into account the system's operability, maintainability, scalability, with real-time display, alarm (control) value can be set, alarm (control) data automatically stored, U disk export and other functions.

3. System Structure

The system acquisition module is distributed and installed on the monitoring site and is responsible for temperature and humidity. The monitoring host is responsible for the centralized management, display, and processing of the system's temperature and humidity, and supports setting the upper and lower alarm thresholds for temperature and humidity. When the system generates an alarm, the alarm information is recorded and the alarm status is uploaded, and the external device is controlled by the relay output. The acquisition module is connected to the monitoring host through the RS485 bus. The monitoring host and data center transmit information through the RS485 bus (optionally Ethernet interface). The entire network has a data center, several monitoring hosts, several temperature and humidity acquisition modules, and several Remote signal remote module is composed of the system network topology as shown in Figure 1.

4. System function

(1) Measurement range: Temperature: -25.0°C ~+80°C; Humidity: 20%RH ~90%RH;

Measurement accuracy: Temperature: ±1°C; Humidity: ±5%RH;

(2) Monitor host resolution is 800*480, 65535 color digital color, 7” widescreen, touch control.

(3) The monitoring host supports up to 96 monitoring points in the system. The data update rate is 2 seconds.

(4) Real-time display of system temperature and humidity values. The system is applied to the display page of National 110KV Substation Safety Reform Demonstration Project of Taizhou Power Supply Bureau as shown in Figure 2.

(5) Acquisition module temperature and humidity upper and lower alarm threshold, alarm status real-time display, alarm information can be recorded, can be queried. When the temperature and humidity alarms, the corresponding display value flashes red.

(6) Collect and measure the switch input signal in the monitoring system; Control the external equipment through the relay to adjust the temperature and humidity in the system environment.

(7) The alarm information generated in the system supports RS485 interface or Ethernet interface to upload to the data center.

(8) Support acquisition module communication self-test function, generate report information and record when communication is faulty (device name flashes red).

(9) Supported device names are configurable.

5. Application
