1. The dry process produces quartz sand. The main equipments are stone crusher, pulverizer and vibrating screen. The process is that the quartz stone ore material is processed into a smaller stone by a gangue machine, the stone material is processed by the pulverizer, and then sieved by a vibrating sieve, and the magnet is removed by a magnet rod and a row magnet during the sieving process, and then the sifting is performed. 2, the water method to produce quartz sand, the main equipment is a stone machine, stone mill, baking room, vibrating screen, water system. The process flow is roughly as follows: the quartz stone ore material is processed into a smaller stone material by a gangue machine, and the stone material is crushed into sand grains by rock crushing, and water is continuously added during the rolling, the water flows into the sedimentation tank with the sand particles, and then the sedimentation tank is placed therein. The sand is transported into the baking room and baked into dry sand, and then sieved through a vibrating sieve. During the screening process, the iron rod and the row magnet are used to remove the iron, and then the filling is completed and stored.

The dry quartz sand is divided into three grades: ordinary quartz sand, semi-refined quartz sand and refined quartz sand. When the quartz stone mineral material is mined from the mountain, it has a yellow-brown skin. The products that are directly crushed and sieved by selecting smaller quartz stone minerals are called ordinary quartz sand, and the appearance is yellowish brown and white. The advantage is that the price is cheap, and the disadvantage is that there are many impurities, so it is mostly used in the construction industry. The semi-refined quartz sand, which is selected for processing large quartz stone ore, is white in appearance, but is dotted with yellow-brown spots. The product has a moderate price and good quality, so it has a wide application range. The large mineral material is selected, and the surface of the yellow-brown skin is manually removed. The refined quartz sand is processed, and its appearance is white, sparkling, like white sugar. Due to the time-consuming and costly processing, the price is higher.

The quartz sand produced by the water method is divided into ordinary quartz sand and refined quartz sand. The smaller quartz stone mineral material is processed into ordinary quartz sand, and the large quartz stone mineral material is processed into refined quartz sand. Compared with dry quartz sand, water quartz sand is less likely to produce equipment iron and water to wash away impurities during the production process. For example, iron content and impurities are less than dry quartz sand, but it costs more labor. Material, so the price is higher.

The dry-produced quartz powder is not graded and is only available in specifications.

Quartz powder produced by the water method is not classified, only the specifications. Because of its high whiteness, no impurities, low iron content, it has a wide range of applications.
