The number of large-scale multi-substation users, such as key project projects, landmark buildings, and large-scale public facilities throughout the country, has increased dramatically. The reliability, security, real-time, ease of use, compatibility, and narrowing the scope of faults have raised higher requirements. In view of the current high requirements for the safety and reliability of distribution systems in various industries, this article adopts the Acrel-2000 power monitoring system of the mature company of the customer-side intelligent power distribution system solution at Anke Rui Electric Co., Ltd. in Chengdu Dongyuan. The application of the residential area is used as an example to introduce the current domestic mainstream distribution automation monitoring system structure, system configuration, comparison with traditional personnel on-duty surveillance and its function implementation. With the completion of the Acrel-2000 power monitoring system in the high and low voltage distribution system of Chengdu Dongyuan Community, the power data centralized management and data integrity preservation of the high and low voltage substations in the residential area is well achieved, and the area is improved. Distribution system reliability, safety. The system has very important practical significance for improving the reliability and economic operation of the power supply system, and promoting the scientific and modern management of the power supply system. Project Overview The CCS II project (the Chengdu Dongyuan Community High-Low Voltage Distribution System Project) power monitoring system is located at No. 123, Guixi Road, Gaoxin District, Chengdu, and the construction is residential. There are two power distribution houses in this project: high voltage power distribution room and low voltage power distribution room. The high-voltage part of the site uses the Siemens 7SJ68 microprocessor protection device, the number of equipment is 9; the low-voltage part of the transformer outlet using PMAC720 power meter, low-voltage each branch using PMAC600-B, low-voltage part of the total number of 90 instruments. The high voltage power distribution room is about 300 meters away from the low voltage power distribution room. This project has two schemes for monitoring the distribution system. The first one is the traditional manual monitoring. The second one is the background monitoring with the power distribution monitoring system and personnel assistance. In connection with this project, the advantages and disadvantages of adopting the two schemes are as follows: Program Features Scheme 1 Traditional Manual Monitoring Scenario 2 background monitoring real-time Manual copying, 1 hour, labor-intensive Real-time computer acquisition, once per second, real-time performance Storage management Paper records, then entered into the computer, the second manpower, and error-prone, date data management complex Computer storage, data can be stored for more than 10 years, query speed, accurate records. Data Security Decentralized management, manual scheduled backup, inaccurate backup of continuous data Synchronous centralized management, automatic instant backup of the system, data completely automatic latest backup Equipment Management Each drawer cabinet loop power off to the scene to see, no alarm when power off Through a system diagram in the background, a clear picture is displayed. When the loop is tripped, the background records automatically and the alarm is automatically generated. Measured, the user decides to use Scenario 2 to automate the distribution system. At the same time, the user also put forward several requirements for the background of the automated distribution management system. User needs Contractor Design Reference Standard Design The high-voltage part of the site uses the Siemens 7SJ68 microprocessor protection device, the number of equipment is 9; the low-voltage part of the transformer outlet using PMAC720 power meter, low-voltage each branch using PMAC600-B, low-voltage part of the total number of 90 instruments. The high voltage power distribution room is about 300 meters away from the low voltage power distribution room. The field instruments all use the standard Modbus-RTU communication protocol that complies with the power industry. The monitoring background is placed in the high voltage distribution room. Ankerui Electric Co., Ltd. undertook the smart power distribution monitoring system project of Chengdu Dongyuan Community in April 2012. According to the actual situation of Chengdu Dongyuan Community, it tailored a set of ACREL-2000 power monitoring system. The entire system has designed a set of Acrel-2000 power monitoring system, using a hierarchical distributed structure, namely field device layer, network management layer, and monitoring management layer. The field device collects the operating parameters of each loop power system at the scene, including current, voltage, power and other telemetering information, as well as the state of circuit-breaker switch-off and closing status and fault status; the network management layer mainly includes the communication management machine, photoelectric conversion equipment, and switches. Responsible for uploading data and issuing instructions; monitoring management is the core of the entire system. All data storage, power system operation status display, and control instructions are issued through this part. Detailed device networking scheme: Acrel-2000 software function introduction Friendly Human-Machine Interface (HMI) The standard power distribution system has a CAD one-line diagram to show the wiring conditions of the low-voltage distribution network; the huge system has the function of multi-screen switching and screen navigation; the distributed power distribution system has the system's main screen of the spatial geographic plane. The main screen can visually display the operating status of each loop, and has the functions of live, uncharged and fault-colored circuits. The main electrical parameters are directly displayed on the human-machine interface and refreshed in real time. User Management This software can give different levels of users different permissions to ensure the security and reliability of the system during operation. For example, if an operator is required to enter an operation password for an important loop, the user must enter the confirmation password before completing the operation. Data acquisition and processing Acrel-2000 power monitoring system can collect real-time and time-schedule the electrical parameters and switch status of field devices (including three-phase voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency, power, temperature, switch position, equipment operation status, etc.). The collected data can be directly displayed or generated through statistical calculations and new intuitive data information can be displayed (total system power, maximum load, upper and lower power factor, etc.), and important information can be stored in the database. Trend curve analysis The system provides two kinds of curve analysis interfaces: real-time curve and historical trend. The current load status of the loop is analyzed by calling the relevant loop real-time curve interface. For example, by invoking the real-time curve of a given circuit, the signal fluctuation caused by the electrical equipment of the circuit can be analyzed. The historical trend of the system is that the system can view its historical trend for all stored data and facilitate the quality analysis of the monitored distribution network by the engineering personnel. Report Management The system has a standard power report format and can be designed to meet the needs of the report format according to user needs, the system can automatically statistics. Various types of real-time running reports, historical reports, event failure and alarm record reports, operation record reports, etc. can be generated automatically. All data values recorded by the system can be queried and printed, and daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of electric energy can be generated automatically. According to the time period of the multi-rate and the set value of the rate, the rate report for generating energy can be set. The parameters such as the starting point and interval for query printing can be set by themselves. The system design can also be tailored to meet the requirements of different reports. Event record and fault alarm The system has detailed recording functions for all user operations, switch-displacement, parameter violation, and other events that the user actually needs, including information about the time and location of the event, whether the current person on duty is acknowledging the event, and the more the switch is distorted and the parameters are changed. The limited information also has an audible alarm function. At the same time, it automatically sends a control instruction to the operating device or prompts the on-duty personnel to quickly eliminate the fault. Five remote functions Acrel-2000 power monitoring system can not only realize the functions of “remote signalingâ€, “remote controlâ€, “telemetry†and “remote adjustmentâ€, but also realize the function of “remote settingâ€. The system runs records on the project Software display interface-1# transformer: Low pressure map Software display interface - high pressure primary side: visually and dynamically displays voltage, current, power, power factor and frequency monitoring information in a single chart. The switch status is displayed on the interface directly in color (red indicates closing, green indicates opening) . The situation at the distribution site is clear at a glance. High pressure map Software Display Interface-Trend Curve: Realize the user's requirement to draw the trend curve of the voltage, current or power of each distribution circuit, analyze the distribution operating conditions of the circuit, and the load trend curve provides the circuit for a certain period of time. The load trend facilitates the administrator to master the operation status of the electricity-consuming equipment, promptly proposes and corrects the equipment with potential faults, and proposes scientific and reasonable improvements to unreasonable electricity-using units. Daily report Read the meter at any time Energy summary report, which lists daily user energy data for customer inquiry and printing. According to the needs of the owner, you can view the daily report, monthly report, and annual report, and clearly understand the power usage of each user during a certain period of time, which greatly facilitates the power management of the administrator. Conclusion The system used in this project facilitates the real-time monitoring of the operating status of the power distribution system and the unified management of on-site electrical equipment. This eliminates the tedious work of the staff to the site. It is stable and safe, and greatly facilitates the administrator. The user's convenient and accurate management of electricity usage provides a basis for internal measurement assessment by the managers and lays the foundation for further energy-saving management and energy-saving measures.
