This machine is for making the recycled foam,and it is equipped with 100Kg boiler as standard,the working efficiency is very high.

This Foam re-bonding machine is mainly used for foam flocks that come from foam crusher blown into mixing drum of foam re-bonding machine after mixing with adhesive. Then the mixture is dropped into a standard size mold where it goes under hydraulic pressure to shape bonded foam. The new developed automatic foam re-bonding machine, with a steam, which can produce foam 5 times as fast as form one.
