1.1 Material characteristics
The material to be treated is film/bag and plastic hard material PP PE bottle with
contamination of:
a) Â Residues of original film or bag bottle content
b) Â Metal, dust or sand accumulated during transportation or permanence in air
The materials can be in bales or loose, the operators should open the bale before
introducing material into the line.

a. Space for washing line in workshop: About 88±50 square meters with height 4 meters
(Adjustable according to your factory. Please show us the design drawing of your
workshop).
b. Electricity network: 380V/50Hz (Adjustable according to your local voltage standard)
c. Wire/cables: wires/cables from customer's general control cabinet to the main control
cabinet for film bottle washing line; all electrical cable from the main control cabinet to
each machine.
d. Water supply: ~2Â tons per hour water circulation supplying required
e. Means for lifting the machines when unloading and positioning
f. Everything else not clearly mentioned above
