We have 300 series brake pads suitable for all kinds of commercial vehicles and cars, the brake pads models including: Man, Volvo, Mercedes Benz, Daf, Scania, Renault Truck etc.
For bake pads production and inspection, we strictly follow the national technical specification for brake pads GB 5763-2008, based on this standard, we have formed our own production procedure, the simple brake pads work flow in our factory showed as follows:
Step 1: Powder weighing- powder mixing-cold pressing for friction powder-
Step 2: Back plate degrease-back plate blasting-
Step 3: The hot pressing for friction powder and back plate- heat treatment for the rough unfinished brake pads surface grinding-cutting grooves- chamfering- cleaning-painting-
Step 4: Accessories installation- printing- finished products -inspection-packing
We have altogether 3 QC staffs in our factory to control and inspect the brake pads production details, to enable a better quality of our brake pads product, we also follow the required technical speciation:

With the aid of a few number of high quality inspection equipments like:
Constant speed machine ---for the test the friction of coefficient and wearing rate of the brake pads;
Chase machine --- enable us to satisfy the test standard SAEJ661 required from the North American market.
Besides our own test machine, we also have some test done with the help of our partner, institution, research institute and University.
Due to a strict quality control and production management, we could provide an excellent brake pads for our customers, and a certain amounts of brake pads pattern have passed for the CE certification, another our important market is the American market, besides these high quality requirement area, we also had developed some suitable material for Middle East, South East Asia. With a wide range of material formula, we could provide a competitive products for customers from different area.
For our customer's selection about our material formula, there are several main brake pads formulas in our factory include the semi-metallic, and the NAO(non-asbestos organic). We no longer produce the asbestos material. But with the different percentage of the steel fiber and other stuffs, we have divided our semi-metal and NAO formula as follows:

B. Steel fiber formula;
C. Steel fiber with non-asbestos formula;
D. Non-asbestos with compounded fiber formula;

2, wear-resisting steel plate alloy wear-resisting layer and substrate is metallurgical combination. Through special equipment, the use of automatic welding process, the high hardness self-protection alloy welding wire evenly welded on the substrate, composite layer number of one layer to two layers or even multilayer, composite process due to the alloy shrinkage ratio is different, uniform transverse crack, which is the remarkable characteristics of wear-resistant steel plate.
3, the gold wear-resistant layer is mainly chromium alloy, but also add manganese, molybdenum, niobium, nickel and other alloy components, metallographic structure in the carbide fiber distribution, fiber direction and surface vertical. The microhardness of carbide can reach HV1700-2000, and the surface hardness can reach HRC58-62. Alloy carbide has strong stability at high temperature, maintain high hardness, but also has good oxidation resistance, under 500℃ completely normal use.
