With regard to the traditional conductivity measurement system, the measurement loops of the sensors and transmitters are factory-calibrated independently, giving a certain accuracy or error limit, respectively. The two error limits are added together to determine the measurement error in the worst case. In addition, errors may occur due to very long cables, poor wiring experience, or electrical disturbances and other device conditions. However, with respect to integrated sensors, sensors and measurement loops are inseparable. They perform factory calibration as an entire system, with an error limit, just like a conventional analog sensor. The appearance of digital appearance will complete zero errors.
