1.1. Daily maintenance

Routine maintenance is mainly to clean the instrument probe regularly to prevent dust blockage and affect measurement accuracy. Follow these steps when cleaning the meter probe:

Loosen the fixing bolts of the mounting flange and take out the probe : If the equipment is in the state of shutdown (the furnace has been shut down for at least 1 hour), the user can disconnect the probe after the instrument is powered off; if the equipment is in the open state, and the humidity value is higher than Large, in order to avoid damage caused by moisture condensation, please be sure to keep the probe under power supply. If the condition of the site must be powered off, remove the probe. Make sure that the instrument is powered off for less than 1 minute. Check the probe end. porosity, such as in the presence of dust clogged gently removed with a slotted screwdriver soil vent attached to the probe, and blown clean with compressed air (e.g., clogging of dust does not dry, the instrument may remain energized until the dust is then to dry Clean) ; Install the probe as described in section 6.1 Probe Installation Instructions in this user manual .

Note: It should be handled gently to avoid bumps.

Water condensation inside the probe

Remove the probe from the flue and put it in the air for 24 hours to evaporate the water and re-inject the probe into the flue. If it still does not work properly, it needs to be returned to the factory.

3. Transportation and storage 3.1. Transportation

3.2. Custody

The packaged product should be stored at a temperature of -20 ~ +65 °C , a relative humidity of not more than 80% RH at 25 °C , and a corrosive atmosphere with no acid or alkaline atmosphere.

The instrument should be stored in a location that is dusty, smokeless, free of steam, and non-corrosive.
