After the mixture of material and water is discharged, material circulation of the material tube and hopper is performed, and the secondary valve handle is tightened gradually. At this time, the pressure gauge displays the corresponding pressure value, and then the secondary valve handle is gradually tightened until the pressure gauge shows The required pressure value. Note that the upper limit of its rated pressure must not be exceeded. The primary valve is boosting. Gradually tighten the primary valve handle pressure gauge to display the pre-pressure.
3. Discharging: After the above operation procedure is completed, the material pipe is connected to the material container.
4. Pressure relief: When the homogenizer load is completed, all working valve stems must be loosened. First loose the primary valve stem and then loosen the secondary valve handle so that the pressure gauge shows zero.
5. Cleaning: Apply clean water (using hot water, water temperature 65-75°C) after the homogenizer finishes work, clean the pump body, work the material of the valve body, and clean the water.
6. Shutdown: Cut off the power and turn off the homogenizer cooling water.

1. Before starting, it is necessary to thoroughly inspect whether the joints of the solid pieces and pipes are solid and reliable.
2. Inject clean mechanical oil into the power box to the oil level line.

8. When working under load, the working pressure must not exceed the rated pressure.
9. Loosen the pressure regulator handle of the homogenizer before parking to remove the pressure. Wait until the standby machine stops and then close the valve on the feed pipe.
10. Regularly check the engine oil. The new machine should be changed for 100 hours and then replaced every 1000 hours.
