The use of aluminum alloy materials to make molds can achieve good results in shortening the molding cycle and reducing costs. Foreign manufacturers have produced aluminum alloy materials for plastic molds. The plastic mold made of aluminum alloy has a service life of up to 100,000 times. If the surface of the cavity is chemically treated, the service life can reach 200-30,000 times.
