Ningbo's bearing export volume and price increase

According to statistics of Ningbo Customs, from January to April this year, Ningbo exported 630 million sets of bearings, valued at US$220 million, an increase of 23.9% and 42.8% respectively from the same period of last year. From January to April, Ningbo's average bearing export price was 0.35 US dollars per unit, up 20.7%. Exports accounted for an absolute proportion of general trade methods, with 2.213 million sets of processing trade exports (a growth of 3.7 times), exports of 177,000 sets of bonded warehouses entering and exiting goods (a growth rate of 294 times), and 73,000 sets of exports of goods in bonded warehouses (represented in the same period last year). Export volume is zero), and 15 sets of other trade exports (zero exports in the same period of last year), and the rest were all exported by general trade, with an increase of 23.6%, accounting for 99.6% of the total exports during the same period. From January to April, Ningbo's private enterprises exported 260 million sets of bearings, an increase of 37.4%. State-owned enterprises exported 170 million sets of bearings, an increase of 34.9%, and foreign-invested enterprises exported 150 million sets of bearings, a decrease of 3.5%. These three accounts for the total exports for the same period. 92.1% of the volume.

The EU, India, ASEAN and the United States are the major export markets. From January to April, Ningbo City exported 150 million sets of bearings, 110 million sets, 55.28 million sets, and 53.8 million sets to the EU, India, ASEAN, and the United States, with an increase of 37.9%, 26.9%, 32.6%, and 36.6%, respectively. It accounted for 58.6% of total exports during the same period.

The export products are mainly deep groove ball bearings. From January to April Ningbo exported a total of 570 million deep ball ball bearings, an increase of 22.3%, accounting for 90.5% of the total exports during the same period.
