1. The intelligent pressure transmitter needs to check the size of the mounting hole during the installation process: if the size of the mounting hole is not suitable, the threaded part of the sensor is easily worn during the installation process.

2. The use of intelligent pressure transmitters should pay attention to the following situations: prevent the transmitter from coming into contact with corrosive or overheated media; prevent the dross from depositing in the conduit; when measuring the liquid pressure, the pressure tap should be opened on the side of the process pipe. To avoid sedimentation of slag; when measuring gas pressure, the pressure tap should be opened at the top of the process pipe, and the transmitter should also be installed in the upper part of the process pipe so that the accumulated liquid is easily injected into the process pipe; the pressure guide pipe should be installed at the temperature Where the fluctuation is small; when measuring steam or other high-temperature medium, it is necessary to add a condenser such as a buffer tube, and the operating temperature of the transmitter should not exceed the limit; when freezing occurs in winter, the transmitter installed outside must adopt anti-freezing measures. To prevent the liquid in the pressure inlet from expanding due to the volume of ice, which may cause damage to the sensor. When measuring the pressure of the liquid, the installation position of the transmitter should avoid the impact of the liquid to avoid over-voltage damage of the sensor; when wiring, pass the cable through the waterproof joint or Wind the tube and tighten the sealing nut to prevent rainwater and the like from leaking into the transmitter housing through the cable.

3, the intelligent pressure transmitter itself inspection: check the instrument quality, to achieve accurate, sensitive, indicating error, static pressure error meets the requirements, zero position is correct; instrument parts are intact, no serious rust, damage, the nameplate is clear and correct The fasteners must not be loose, the connectors are in good contact, and the terminals are securely connected.

4. Prevent dross from depositing in the conduit and contact the sensor with corrosive or superheated media.

5. When measuring the gas pressure, the pressure tap should be opened at the top of the process pipe, and the sensor should also be installed in the upper part of the process pipe so that the accumulated liquid can be easily injected into the process pipe.

6. When measuring the liquid pressure, the pressure tap should be opened on the side of the process pipe to avoid depositing slag.

7. The pressure guiding tube should be installed in a place with small temperature fluctuations.

8. When measuring the liquid pressure, the installation position of the sensor should avoid the impact of the liquid (water hammer phenomenon), so as to avoid the sensor over-voltage damage.

9. When freezing occurs in winter, the sensor installed outside should adopt anti-freezing measures to prevent the liquid in the pressure-inducing port from expanding due to the volume of ice, resulting in loss of the sensor.

10. When wiring, pass the cable through the waterproof joint or the coil and tighten the seal nut to prevent rainwater from leaking into the transmitter housing through the cable.

11. When measuring steam or other high-temperature medium, it is necessary to add a condenser such as a buffer tube (coil), and the operating temperature of the sensor should not exceed the limit.
