In the winter, some oil wells with poor crude oil need to be heated by electric heaters. In order to effectively reduce the number of applications of electric heaters and maximize the power consumption, the process technicians of the No. 3 Oil Production Plant fully utilized the casing gas resources and introduced automatic pipe heating technology using oil well casing gas as fuel.
The automatic pipeline heater has the advantages of small volume, convenient disassembly and assembly, high degree of automation control, high utilization rate of heat energy, low gas consumption, low investment, energy saving and environmental protection. At present, it has been tested in 4 oil wells, and the heating effect is obvious, which can completely replace the electric heater production.
