On July 27th, the first domestic large-scale sewage treatment 10,000 tons/day water reuse upgrading project - 10,000-ton electric adsorption device was completed and put into production at the Taiyuan Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. water plant. The technology has the promotion value in the utilization of sewage in the chemical industry and is expected to create an annual profit of 8.8 million yuan for Taihua.

The core technology of the reused water and upgrading project adopted Tsinghua University's scientific and technological breakthroughs in bio-ceramic contact oxidation technology and Changzhou Aisite Electrosorption patented technology. The 10,000 tons/day water reused after the electric adsorption is upgraded meets the chemical production process water standard and can be used as process water, boiler supplemental water, and the like. The electro-adsorption device can increase the suspended solids from 10 mg/L to 3 mg/L, the turbidity from 10 NTU to 1 NTU, the ammonia nitrogen from 10 mg/L to 5 mg/L, and the CODCr from 25 mg/L to 10 mg/L. Rise. After the plant is put into operation, it can reduce the emission of CODCr9293 tons, BOD54,454 tons and ammonia nitrogen, 1560 tons per year for Taihua, effectively improving the quality of regional water bodies, and at the same time, it will help ease the pressure of water supply in the severely water-scarce city of Taiyuan.

The process is original and internationally advanced. It has features such as simple pretreatment, low power consumption and operating costs, long equipment life, simple operation and management, and wide application range. The salt removal rate is greater than 75%, and the water recovery rate is up to Above 75%, the electricity consumption is 1 kWh/ton water, and the cost of water production is low. The cost per ton of high quality reclaimed water is 1.95 yuan (the cost of fresh water for Taihua Industry is 3.4 yuan/ton).
