Reference is made to the two standards of “unit-load mass energy consumption” and “continuation mileage”: the energy consumption per unit load is less than 0.25. When the driving range exceeds 250 km, the subsidy amount is up to 500,000. Other lengths of pure electric bus subsidy standards are based on the two standards delineated by the “standard car”. For example, passenger cars of 6 meters or less are given a subsidy of 0.2 times of the standard car; vehicles with a length of more than 6 meters are less than or equal to 8 meters, and the standard car is referred to. The subsidy is given 0.5 times of the bus; the bus with a length of more than 8 meters is less than or equal to 10 meters, and the subsidy is given by 0.8 times of the standard car; for the double-decker bus, 1.2 times of the standard car is given for subsidy. The 2017 subsidy standard is adjusted by 20% on the basis of 2016.
The relevant person in charge of the Beijing Economic and Information Committee said that Beijing will open up the pure electric bus market to the whole country and adopt the record-keeping system management, as long as it is included in the national “Recommended Model Catalogue for Energy-Saving and New Energy Vehicle Demonstration and Application Projects” and “Exemption from Vehicle Purchase Tax”. The catalogue of new energy vehicle models, which can be sold in Beijing after completion of enterprise and product filing; adhere to the opening of all market entities, and all operating companies that meet the relevant regulations of the transportation industry can purchase and operate pure electric buses. Encourage enterprises in the fields of public transportation, road passenger transportation, and tourism to actively carry out demonstration and promotion of pure electric buses; actively encourage the demonstration applications of various pure electric bus models.
