The wireless operation of the JZ-Y electric air brake is controlled by the operator to carry the brake and mitigation of the remote control locomotive of the handheld controller (remote control). The principle is that the handheld controller sends various wireless signals to receive through the locomotive. The device receives and then supplies the command to the automatic control device of the locomotive, and the automatic control device of the locomotive controls each part to generate an action. The remote locomotive must be within a distance of about 400 meters from the direction of travel of the locomotive, and there is no obstacle in the middle. The emergency stop button switch is pressed by the emergency stop button. The switch, the locomotive plays the role of emergency braking, the engine is unloaded, the brake cylinder pressure is 420 kPa, and automatic sanding is implemented.

When the hand-held controller and the receiving device fail, or a short-distance operation such as in-house operation, the braking device can be manually operated to control the braking and mitigation of the locomotive. Brake handle, emergency stop button, etc. are provided on the bridge. The brake handle is provided with three positions of braking, holding and cutting. When the brake position is reached, the brake cylinder pressure can continuously rise from zero to 360 kPa; when the hold position is held, the locomotive brake cylinder maintains the original pressure, and the operator can mobilize the brake handle between the brake position, the nip position and the holding position when the locomotive brakes. The required brake cylinder pressure; when hitting the cut position, the air pressure of the brake cylinder of the locomotive is zero.

The design concept of the BS2000 locomotive electric air brake system is more advanced. At the same time, compared with the domestic locomotive air brake system, it has the following remarkable features in the design idea:

(1) Advanced design. JZ-Y type electric air brake adopts proportional pressure reducing valve and pressure sensor as control elements, which is an innovation, which makes the control of brake cylinder pressure value more precise and can be easily realized by wireless The signal controls the braking, mitigation and pressure holding of the locomotive.

(2) High reliability. When the emergency solenoid valve is de-energized, emergency braking is generated, which does not need to be controlled by the microcomputer, which increases the reliability of the brake system of the locomotive.

(3) The brake idling time is short. The brake idling time of the car is less than 1 s, which satisfies the strict requirements of the user on the braking distance.
