Automatic calorimeter routine maintenance and inspection

Fully automatic calorimeters should be checked and maintained frequently after the end of each day's test, so that the instrument can always maintain a good working condition and can prolong its service life. Automatic Calorimeter Oxygen Bombs: In addition to cleaning and drying oxygen bombs after each test, the following points should also be noted and inspected:

(1). The automatic calorimeter oxygen bomb can only be twisted by hand. When the hand feels resistance, it should be stopped. Never try to use the tool to screw it hard. After the test is completed, it should be cleaned once.

(2). Automatic calorimeter oxygen bomb caps and valve seats should be flushed and wiped dry after use.

(3). Automatic calorimeter Oxygen bomb cup rinsed, scrub threads, and check the bullet cup for mechanical damage, be careful not to invert the cup.

(4). The automatic calorimeter oxygen bomb checks whether the seal ring is worn or burned. If the leak is not tight, it should be replaced.

(5). Automatic calorimeter oxygen bomb inspection insulation pad and insulation cover is good, with or without damage, insulation performance can be checked regularly.

(6) Regularly conduct 20.0Mpa water pressure test on the fully-automatic calorimeter bomb. After each hydrostatic test, the use time of the oxygen bomb shall not exceed one year.

2. Calorimeter: After the end of the test, the microcomputer precision automatic calorimeter should be wiped dry and kept clean.

3. Automatic calorimeter test water: It is best to use pure water and distilled water, and it should be replaced regularly to ensure the test reliability and success rate.
