High-power engines have relatively low fuel consumption and travel at high speeds. As we all know, different users and different sources of supply require different power engines. Dump trucks equipped with 390PS engines are mostly used for activities that require rollover cargo, such as sand and stone, and coal, and mainly run short-distance transportation of about 200 kilometers. This kind of vehicle is mostly used to pull coal from Mongolia and use special trailers. Mongolia’s load capacity requirements for vehicles are not strict and can reach more than 120 tons. . Zhu Shengjun: Transmission matching is related to the power of the engine, and the transmission ratio of the transmission matched by different power is different. In general, vehicles that match high-power engines have higher payloads and matched transmissions require larger transmission ratios, and vice versa. The same is true for the axles, and the larger rear axle reduction ratio is required in the case of heavy loads. In fact, speed ratios refer to the combined effects of transmissions and axles.
Jiang Haiping: At present, the reduction ratio of the axle is decreasing. In the past, the reduction ratio of the axle was mainly 4.8. Now it is generally 3.8 to 4.11, and the minimum can reach 3.1. The high speed ratio of the axle consumes high fuel consumption and low output power. The reason why it was used much earlier is because the previous large speed ratio axle adapts to the overload demand. Under the current standard load conditions, there is no need to use a large speed ratio vehicle. bridge. Assembling axles with a speed ratio of 3.8~4.11, the speed is fast and fuel-efficient.
The gear ratio of the transmission is also changing.
