Establishing a bolt parameter database to create a standard part library requires the use of a database to store data for part types. In the design of bolt database need to establish two databases: 1 parameter database of various specifications of the bolt; 2 bolts of standard length series database. When designing a database, it is necessary to add some data for control convenience. For example, when controlling the length range of a certain type of bolt, two columns of data l_max and l_min can be added according to the information in the standard, and the maximum length of a certain size bolt listed in the standard can be added. And the minimum length is recorded, according to the two values ​​from the standard length list can be selected to meet the required length value.

The system interface design and data processing are the interface for setting the required parameters of the bolt. In the standard, the coarse tooth hex head bolts are divided into the preferred and non-preferred specifications. When the user uses the preferred specification bolts, the system will automatically select the preferred bolt specifications from the bolt database and list them in the “Specifications” list for the user to choose. The target of clutch control is that the speed and transmission torque of the driven plate increase steadily, reducing vehicle impact, and the clutch engagement process can be completed faster. The speed of the clutch driven plate increases steadily, the transmission torque of the clutch increases steadily, the impact is small, the starting time is within 2s, the starting is fast, and the operation is stable. The simulation results show that the control scheme not only has good dynamic performance, but also satisfies the requirement for a smooth start of the vehicle on the slope. Therefore, the clutch control law in this paper is ideal.

Analyze the characteristics and shortages of automatic mechanical transmission (AMT gearbox) clutch control, aiming at common problems such as large impact of clutch control, unstable engine operation, and vehicle slipping when AMT vehicle starts at the ramp, based on the ideal clutch torque transmission control. The method, through the optimization of the traditional impact degree and the sliding work index, combined with the driver's intention and the judgment of the road, developed the optimal clutch control law. Simulation results show that the proposed method not only ensures the stability and quickness of starting the slope of the vehicle, but also combines the mapping method and the analytical method, reduces the amount of calculation, and has quickness and accuracy in algorithm implementation.
