three,   Instructions for use

1,   Preparation before use

1)   Mount the strain gauge sensor on the sensor mounting bracket—fix the end of the sensor strip line;

2)   The jig in the attachment of the jaw plate is mounted on the roller shaft of the tested roller;

3)   Move the sensor mounting bracket to align the front protruding point of the seesaw with the middle position of the sensing surface of the strain gauge sensor (the end with the arrow, the arrow is down, and the front protruding point of the seesaw is aligned with the middle position of the two screw holes), adjust the strain The upper and lower heights of the sensor are as horizontal as possible.

2,   Rotary resistance test

1 ) Install the roller to be tested.

2)   Place the seesaw protruding point naturally on the strain gage sensor, and ensure that the protruding point of the grate plate is flush with the outer diameter of the roller being tested (according to the lever principle, the arm is 1 : 1 ).

3 ) Turn on the power.

4)   Press the zero button to make the force display meter read zero (click on the instrument Then hold Until the meter reading is zero ) (meter reading unit is N );

5)   Slowly adjust rotation resistance controller To the frequency of 14.95HZ (corresponding to the idler line speed of 2.0m/s ) , after the stable operation of 60S , record the rotation resistance of the roller.

6 ) If it is tested according to GB/T10595-2009 standard, in order to ensure that the idler rotates at 600r/min , adjust the rotation resistance controller frequency according to the following table according to the following table:

four,   Calibration

    Find a small piece of plastic bag as a container hanging on the sensor detection surface. Press the zero button to zero the force meter panel reading. Then add a few standard codes into small plastic bags. If the readings are the same as the standard weights, it indicates that the meter is correct.

Fives,   Precautions

1,   Before the zero adjustment, the seesaw should be gently placed on the strain gauge sensor so as to avoid pre-pressure on the sensor and artificially cause measurement errors.

  2,   During the installation and testing process, the sensor is prohibited from hitting, bumping and overloading to prevent deformation of the sensor head.

  3 ,   Rollers of different diameters should be equipped with jaws of corresponding lengths to ensure that the measured value is the rotational resistance of the idler.

  4,   Pay attention to the operating site AC power supply voltage change, ensure that the AC power supply voltage is 380V ± 1O% , otherwise it should be added AC voltage regulator source.

   5,   When measuring the rotation resistance of the roller, it is necessary to slowly increase the rotation speed of the roller to a specified value and measure the rotation resistance value of the roller after stabilization. When the idler has not run-in or feels great resistance, it must not be measured on the test bench to avoid the measured value exceeding the rated value of the sensor and causing damage to the sensor.

  6,   At the end of the test, please return the speed control device's button to zero to avoid damage to the sensor caused by the impact of the next test.

  7,   After the measurement is completed, the sensor collection should be kept.
