Spectral method for rapid detection of cashmere technology

In order to further advance the reform of the national plush fiber quality inspection system, the “spectroscopic rapid testing of cashmere technology R&D” declared by the Inner Mongolia Fibers Inspection Bureau has been at a high level of high quality research and development since it was approved by the AQSIQ. After months of scientific research, it has now entered the verification phase.

It is reported that the rapid detection of cashmere net velvet by spectrometry is a rapid, simple and non-destructive method of analysis and detection. The method is based on the analysis of spectral data collected by reflection mode NIR spectra and the data is analyzed. After artificial comparison with the instrument, this method can timely adjust the relationship between the spectral reflectance value of cashmere raw material and the cashmere net cashmere rate, and further improve the technical research of the cashmere velvet data model and spectral detection of cashmere net cashmere rate. The use of spectral technology has the advantages of rapid, non-destructive and easy operation, and achieves the purpose of real-time online detection.

The scientific research results of the rapid detection of cashmere net cashmere by spectroscopy will fill the gaps in the cashmere net cashmere rate instrumentation test at home and abroad, and effectively promote the development process of cashmere instrumental testing.
